My gym for the day. Now that it is the rainy season again, it rains (read: pours) almost every day. Just as I was getting ready to head to the gym, the downpour started. Usually I would just call it a day, but I was really in the mood to do something. So I put on some music and made up a workout at home. Turns out, I might do this more often, especially when I don’t want to kill myself but I want some solid exercise.
Circuit x4 (minimal rest between exercises):
15 rocking chair push-ups
12 vertical leaps, starting from a seated position
12 front squats with the botellon
60 handstand steps
1 min 30 secs plank
2 mins rest
